So the DNS and web server are on the same box, right? That would be feasible. Just
make sure to "harden" the box, since it is directly exposed to the Internet
without any protection from the Linksys. And you'll need an off-site "secondary"
to fulfill the 2-nameserver requirement.

Alternatively, you could put the DNS and/or web server behind the Linksys using
port forwarding. On the plus side, it would be marginally safer, as well as
obviating the hub and second static IP. On the minus side, it might be more
difficult to set up the port forwarding rules initially. Also, if you're doing a
lot of HTTP and/or DNS traffic, then potentially the Linksys might become a
bottleneck.
