Slave/secondary DSN does not respond unless server command used in NSlookup

NSlookup is broken, thats the problem you see ( nslookup tries to 
find the name associated with the nameservers address)

Use proper moder tools and dns-managing will be easier and more accurate.
Even better, junk MS-DNS for some real DNS-servers.
