Problems with classless reverse delegation

I can't.  Or, maybe I don't know how... I've tried several variations of
host -l and always get 

[joliver at ns joliver]$ host -l 231.68.209.in-addr.arpa
Host 231.68.209.in-addr.arpa not found: 9(NOTAUTH)
; Transfer failed.
