Zones transfer requests aren't recursive, so you need to get them
directly from an authoritative server:
host -l 231.68.209.in-addr.arpa ns.cts.com
I prefer dig, myself.
In any case, it doesn't really matter. I've already shown you the
offending record. Tell them to fix it. They need a name in the RDATA (on
the righthand side) rather than an IP address.
