That domain also has ns.embratel.net.br as a secondary server, so maybe
you're getting the information from it instead.  Can you do:

dig wdigital21.com.br @ns.wdigital21.com.br

from your nameserver?

It's also remotely possible that they have an allow-query statement in
the gulfstream.com.br zone, so they're only blocking you from that one
domain.
