9.2.2 on Windows 2000 bug fixed?

I have been using 9.2.3rc1 and can verify that it works properly on Win2000
(the first release of Bind9 which does).   Previous versions would fail in 2
to 14 hours under load but this has been running flawlessly for several
weeks.
