bind9 resolve problems

Hi all,

i'm trying to setup a local nameserver for my company-net using bind9.
It is configured as caching server asking the nameservers given by my 
isp and master-server for two local zones.
So far so good. All name-request for "official"-Servers like 
www.google.com get answered correctly, but when a client asks for the 
address of a machine in my local zones they get no reply. When i do the 
very same thing from the machine where bind9 is running on everything 
works fine.
