ping problems with BIND9

here is the appropriate grep of the output from named_querylog.  
both server ping and client ping records are here.
So to me it looks like it's giving the client a response.

Sorry about all the misc posts.  I'm putting it up as I find it 
in hopes that it helps the diagnosis.
