Zone file transfer problem

We are Having Primary DNS server as well as Secondary DNS server ,till
yesterday every thing was going fine but today when we add new zone file in
primary server its zone file is not transferring though its log file of
secondary name server shows that
12-Dec-2004 16:04:46.829 notify: info: rcvd NOTIFY(kisc.edu.np, IN, SOA)
from [202.52.255.47].32826

We are trying to transfer zone file of  kisc.edu.np .

Will you please tell me why its not transferring zone file
