Well, the first part can be done ( telling "the world" where to
send mail to your domain) 

Add an MX record in your zone :

<name-of-your-zone>	IN	MX	10  <fqdn-of-server-to-receive-mail>

By MX.


Now you need the server mentioned in MX to actually accept your mail
too.
