can anyone tell me what is wrong with my subdomains?

MX list for emtex.com : 
emtex.com.              1D IN MX        10 mailgate.emtex.com.
where 
mailgate.emtex.com.     23h59m52s IN CNAME  tarantula.emtex.com.

This is against the standard ( CNAME AS RHS) Some mailers detectes this
error and complains.

There is no domins uk.emtex.com or us.emtex.com, but there is 
MX records for them, the mx for uk.emtex.com has the same cname problem,
mail for us.emtex.com might work.
