Someone asked me offlist how many people were showing an interest.

So far four.

Is that enough for a list and a project?  I'm afraid it's not, but I may 
be wrong.  If four of us are interested, maybe it is.

Here's the scope as I see it...

A perl/php project that YOU, the DNS hosting company, can run on your 
own server, to allow your DNS hosting customers to log in.

Once they log in they can set up master and slave hosting for their own 
zones.

The system should also have at minimum a cron job running daily with how 
many zones/lines are being run per user so you can interface that to 
your billing.

Determining how many requests each zone is getting is probably beyond 
the scope of the project at least for now.

Interested?  Write me back offlist, and if there's enough interest (you 
tell me how much is enough) we'll go from there.

I know my sig says I don't read my blists address, but I'm filtering out 
"DNS + Web Interface" in the subject, and I _am_ reading those <smile>.
