Foward from a DNS server to a URL?

Hello,

I wonder if there is a free service in Internet that can help me with
the follow: I have a site in a free hosting. The URL is something like
www.dsdse.eeef.fe ...   I want to register a URL o domain like
www.io.com.ar in the nick... i can do that, i just need 2 DNS servers,
but, when this DNS server recive the request, this DNS server must
foward to www.dsdse.eeef.fe...

There is a service like this? I´m trying "DNS Park"... but i don´t
know if they do that.
