Foward from a DNS server to a URL?

First of all, thank you Jan!

The reason is that the webhosting i´m using is free and they don´t do
nothing to change the URL and don´t give they DNS IP and i want to use
a domain that i have register in the NIC of Argentina, like
wwww.io.com.ar
