sysquery: no addrs found for root NS (J.ROOT-SERVERS.NET) Please Help!

The root hints are only used when named first starts up, for 
bootstrapping.  One of the first things it does is query one of those 
root servers (or the forwarders, if forwarding is enabled) to get the 
current, authoritative list of root servers.  Thereafter, the records in 
root.hints are irrelevant.

That's why they're called "hints" -- they're not real, trusted data.
