Yes, but it involves using DNS server softwares other than ISC's BIND. 
Other DNS server softwares support the tagging of individual database 
records.  BIND does not.

If you want to continue to use BIND, you'll have to change your 
"requirement".  You could instead require that traffic to a single IP 
address reach different machines according to source, for example, which 
would be an IP routing exercise, not a DNS one.
