transfer-source ?

Hi!

I have one interface with one alias configurated on it. (eth0 and eth0:1). My bind deamon is listing on the eth0:1 interface and I have set "transfer-source" on the alias. Despite it the transfer request are sent with source address of the interface eth0. Why this works this way? How can I make bind or system do set source address on the alias? 
(Solaris 9 with Bind-9.2.5)
