cannot get reverse dns to work for 65.58.240.197

Hi all,

I'd actually like to pay someone to get this fixed right away for me.

I cannot get seem to get the reverse dns to work for 65.58.240.130-255 IP 
range.

It had been working fine for a long time. I'm not sure what changed.

This is what shows up from my named.conf

The pri.128-25.240.58.65.in-addr.arpa  has the following in it:

155     in      ptr     ns1.dnssys.com.
197     in      ptr     raq70.dnssys.com.
..and so on.
