	You're going to have to be authoritative for those domains.  Set 
up your local caching nameservers to act as secondaries from your 
local authoritative nameservers for those domains.  This way, all 
internal queries for those reverse domains will short-circuit the 
nameservers at your ISP.

	Then the only problem is generating tests from the outside world 
(to make sure that the delegation from your ISP is working).
