Problem in sending mail

Hi ,

I am having problem in sending mail to the domain *vix.com* ,from our
mail server IP,  206.251.242.148.  

Previously i faced problem to *aol.com* ,later on  found, that our ISP did not
create the *reverse ptr* for our IP block. They created later on and we could
able to send the mails to aol.com . But now facing problem in sending mail to
the  *vix.com*.

Here is the error message i am mentioning while it was rejected:
