	No.  You are asking the COM servers for the address records
	of ns0.namserverst.com and ns1.namserverst.com.  You have
	delegation only turned on and named detected a non-delegation
	answer.
 
	It looks like the registrar has pulled the NS records but not
	the glue records below.  They really should pull both glue and
	NS records to shutdown offending domains.
