Well, if that is the case then I guess I got lucky as the 9.3.1 
binaries seem to mesh with whatever libeay32.dll is on my systems. I 
didn't use the installer. I'm just using some of the binaries and dll 
libraries. I don't think I had libeay32.dll prior on the system in my 
path if I remember correctly. I could be mistaken. I experienced 
these crashes with some utilities like named-checkconf and they went 
away in 9.3.1.
