There's no "Plug it in an go" sample configuration supplied for Unix 
systems either unless supplied by the O/S vendor. However example 
configurations abound on the internet and even the install kit 
documentation.

Yes, but you should complain to Microsoft for this one. I will fix the 
empty password issue in the installer.

If you just look you will find plenty.

This isn't a Microsoft application with Wizards, enchantments, etc. 
Witness what they did about getting access to an account that was 
created on the system.
