bind9.4.3b2 on solaris 10&solaris 9 crash

I have a solaris 10 and solaris 9 installed on sun server. a few days
ago ,the log of bind9.4.3b2 appear the following messages;
[ID 873579 daemon.crit] resolver.c:5494: REQUIRE((((query) != 0) &&
(((const isc__magic_t *)(
query))->magic == ((('Q') << 24 | ('!') << 16 | ('!') << 8 |
('!')))))) failed;
 [ID 873579 daemon.crit] exiting (due to assertion failure).

yesterday ,according to the file  http://www.jinmei.org/bind-9.4.3b2-dispatch.diff
,i have reconfigure bind9.4.3b2 and re-make ,but today,the above
questiong still exist;

so ,who can help me ?
