bind9.4.3b2 on solaris 10&solaris 9 crash

Did the process (after patched) dump a core?  If so, its back trace
would be of help.

BTW, the patch itself wouldn't *solve* the problem.  It just adds some
more debug information so that we can get more informative context
from a core file when named crashes.

If you can keep running it and help us debug the problem, that would
be very much appreciated.  But, if you cannot accept the frequency of
the crash, I'd recommend you disable threads.  Or, if you don't have
a performance issue in the P1 versions, using them is another option.
