SPF record

SPF records are just text records (TXT) in your zone. The format is
not one that can simply be recomended.
You will need to research the format and create the record based on
your own criteria. There are a number of online SPF record creation
tools that can help you.
Personally, I would start by trying to meet the bare minimum
requirements for publishing your records. You can fine tune them later
if you feel SPF has merit under your circumstances.
