Use dig to follow the delegation. For example:

     dig -x 204.152.184.110 @f.root-servers.net

     dig -x 204.152.184.110 @chia.arin.net

(look at authority section)

     dig -x 204.152.184.110 @ams.sns-pb.isc.org.
