Catalog Zone also-notify

You can do this by transferring the catalog zone to a view which has the also-notify set.  This view only has the catalog zone in it.  It notifies the stealth secondary.  It also notifies your main view.  Use TSIG to direst notifies. 

That all said, why isn’t the notify just being sent from the primary?
