While I know what a view is, I'm still not following this. You're saying 
that the primary should have another view (besides the default view) and 
it should secondary the catalog zone from itself? Then that view would 
have also-notify? Wouldn't that still send notifies for all the zones in 
the catalog zone, not just the one zone?

Yes, I want the primary to send the notify. But the zone definitions on 
the primary are all in the catalog zone. So where do I set also-notify 
on the primary for the specific zone (e.g. wiktel.com)?
