Hi!

There is a (minor) bug in C code published in RFC1876 (LOC RR).
Seems the same bug is "borrowed" by BIND ;-)
Symptoms: if altitude value is negative and less than
1 meter '-' sign is not printed.
For instance altitude value -0.2m is printed as
'0.2m' both by dig and, which is more dangerous, named-xfer
version 8.2.2pl5.
The reason basicaly is a fact that 0*-1==0.

I have not checked BIND 9 rc1 yet.
