Option to turn off EDNS globally?

	The same reason just about all of the DNS standards work
	is sitting at proposed. :-)

	A change from proposed to draft or full won't make much
	practical difference.  The thing that will make a practical
	difference is complaining to the vendor / administrator of
	the offending box.

	If you buy a firewall/nat box today and plug it in and it
	doesn't work with EDNS return it to the place of purchase
	and say why you returned it.
