[bind10-dev] shutdown message not seen

I don't think the demo parkinglot server is receiving the "shutdown" 
message on the communication channel.

The bigtool sends the shutdown message to the bind10 boss and that 
should send a shutdown message to the parkinglot.  I know the bind10 
boss is getting the shutdown message, but the parkinglot is not.
