[bind10-dev] jinmei status update

Status
  + I swept all open tickets assigned to me at the last stage of 1st
    year release.  some are still open, intentionally, as TODO items
    for the 2nd year
  + python binding: incorporated Francis's previous work
    into the latest build tree of BIND10 so that it can be built as
    part of the entire package.  based on the discussion at the weekly
    bind10 call, I left the rest of work to Jelte.
  + xfrin: debugged the code to make it work for me.
  + xfrout: played with it and confirmed it worked.  proposed some
    minor fixes and cleanups (trac ticketed)

Plan
  + overall cleanup for the DNS Message class
    revisit the API
    revisit EDNS handling
    more test cases
    more documentation
    if necessary/appropriate: add some interfaces for xfrin/xfrout:
    - ability to keep parse ordering so that beginning/ending SOA RRs
      will appear as separate RRsets
    - better message length handling in rendering for xfrout
