[JINMEI Tatuya / 神明達哉]

I'm currently waiting for review on two major tickets (#275 and #221,
the latter is pending due to dependency on #275).  I also gave
feedback on the statistics document (#170).

Meanwhile I plan to fix some relatively smaller issues: base32 bug
fixes, rpath configuration, unresolved issues on hot spot cache, etc.

As a personal project, I set up operational environment for running
BIND 10 for my own zones.  Currently it listens on port 5300, but
since it seems to be working for several days, I plan to have it
replace BIND 9 named.
