[bind10-dev] jinmei status

I've completed some small/medium stuff:
  - merged to trunk:
    - rpath configuration
    - cc session refactoring for better tests
    - fixing sqlite3 datasource lookup failure with sunstudio
  - now in review queue
    - ASIO refactoring with tests and documentation (#221)
    - base32/hex bug fix (#256)
    - C++ micro benchmark framework (#241)

This week I'll address/merge the things under review as they get
review feedback.  While waiting for it I plan to review other open
things including the secondary manager design and receptionist
designs.

BTW, I'm particularly interested in the idea of the C++ benchmark
framework, not only for code wise review but also about whether this
kind of thing is useful, whether the interface is reasonable, or
whether there's already an existing tool that provide the same
service.  The proposed design in documented in:
