[bind10-dev] Kambe's status

Status:
  I finished documentation of #170, so it's ready for reviewing by
  someone. The status of this ticket is already changed to 'reviewing'.
  I started implementation of #191, but I didn't yet commit any of
  source codes to the repository.

Plan:
  I'll make a branch of #190 and will commit some of source codes
  until next week.

Request:
 Documentation of #170 is complete, so please assign a reviewer except
 for Fujiwara.
