[bind10-dev] Kambe's status

Status:
  I committed trac #190 to the repository. This vesrion is a initial
  prototype of stats module. Please see r2195 log about details of
  this prototype. http://bind10.isc.org/changeset/2195

Plan:
  This protoptype doesn't handle messages from other modules now, so
  I'll extend this codes and implement interface between stats and
  other module until next week.
