Status:
  Complete
    Initial implementation of python binding code of dns message. (Havn't
add it to the building tree of bind10, need Jeremy's help)  Add unittest
code for it?
    Initial implementation of Xfrin.
    The code of Xfrout (Havn't been committed, blocked by the communication
mechanism between xfrout and auth server)
    
Plan:
  Xfrout (URGENT):
    Try to wrap the Ancillary library.
  Cmdctl:
    Find one way to fix the bug of cmdctl: receive wrong message reply. 
  Xfrin:
    Schedule zone maintenance. 
    Process Notify message.
    Add unittest code.

  Notify out: to be started.
