[bind10-dev] Weekly updates: 2010-w19

My weekly updates:

1.  Thinking about how to implement notify-in/out, together with the
architecture of xfrin. Had discussed with shane and feng, will send one
email about it.
2.  Have a quick review the code of task 25, 88, and 89 did by tingting,
prepare to send them to Evan for Review.
3.  Prepare some reply to Jelte's writable datasource API. To be sent out.
