I believe we can close this one.  For the xfrin test backlog I've very
carefully reviewed all of the xfrin code, so "code review" is
completed.

(And to Jeremy: if you are still marking reviewed part of the code, I
think you can do so for xfrin.)

I've identified bugs or other points that I'd normally request to
address in the review cycle, but we can address these with the
enhanced tests.  The identified issues have been ticketed so we can
track the status of them.
