[bind10-dev] status update

I made make targets for generating man pages starting at top level. Need 
to commit. Also now configure prints its details at end. See 
config.report. I worked on the new ChangeLog. I need to show this. Also 
I need to decide on name for new/history/changes/changelog for real 
commit logs (to include in source tarball). I make some minor make rules 
to install include headers (I tested these by building my host.cc 
outside of BIND 10 source); I need to know what other headers to 
install. Also did some trac configurations for a reviewing action state. 
And worked on improving the autobuilders scripts. And created svn/ssh 
accounts for more developers.

Upcoming I am working on generating custom certificate / private key on 
install for bindctl/cmdctl usage.

I am also researching some microbenchmarking ideas, and additional 
python code coverage tool, and will be automating the code profiling.

Note that the next release will be on June 2, 2010. Code expected for 
the release should be ready in trunk by May 31.
