[bind10-dev] #609: The test scripts is ok to be put into git and how?

Thanks for your careful reviewing on my scripts in #609.
It's modified from our test scripts wriiten before, and I've asked my colleagues,
it's ok to be put into bind10 with ISC copyright. 

Now, I wonder how and where to put it? 
And I don't have my account open now, I've already given the ssh pubkey to Likun.
