[bind10-dev] windows support tickets

=> thanks, I have still to solve the trac problem (I can create
tickets but I can't reply/comment/etc them, including for tickets
I created... It seems it is a permission issue but BTW any user
should be allowed to add comments to tickets (s)he created).
