[bind10-dev] Are run_b10-stats.sh and run_b10-stats-httpd.sh of any use?

I suspect these "run" scripts haven't be able to be usable regardless
of the proposed change in this ticket.  If my guess is correct, I
suggest removing these scripts.  If I misunderstand it and they can be
used for some specific purpose, could someone explain how we use them?
