[bind10-dev] Are run_b10-stats.sh and run_b10-stats-httpd.sh of any use?

Thank you for a good suggestion.

I had created these scripts according to the styles of other modules.
But I had hardly used them before. I think there aren't any use of
them. I agree to removing these scripts. I will create a new ticket
for it and do it.
