[bind10-dev] Are run_b10-stats.sh and run_b10-stats-httpd.sh of any use?

Okay, thanks.  Then please also check whether we (still?) need
src/bin/stats/tests/stats_test

I suspect we don't need it as Makefile(.am) contains necessary setups.
