[bind10-dev] failed lettuce

There is a timeout in the test:

 Wait for bind10 stderr message CMDCTL_STARTED 

The stderr output has garbage in it. (I piped through cat -v so I could 
paste it.)

Any ideas on that noise? We need a ticket for that.

I am not sure what purpose of the "ignoring logging configuration for
explicitly-named logger auth" log message is for yet.

Earlier boss logs showed cmdctl started and stopped (with no error), but 
nothing logged by cmdctl itself.
