Is this better?

	b10-xfrin didn't check SOA serials of SOA and IXFR responses,
	which resulted in unnecessary transfer or unexpected IXFR
	timeouts (these issues were not overlooked but deferred to be
	fixed until #1278 was completed).  Validation on responses to SOA
	queries were tighten, too: b10-xfrin now rejects a response
	to an SOA query unless it has the AA bit being on, has the
	question section that matches the query, and contains one and
	only one SOA RR in the answer section whose name and class
	match those for the zone to be transferred.
