[bind10-dev] dates for next two releases

I plan to do another snapshot style release on February 24 or 25 (that 
is after the current sprints are over).

I will create a branch for the March release around March 9 (after two 
week cleanup/bug fixes sprint). This is for the year 2 deliverable. The 
release date will be on March 17 or 18 (please ignore that is a Friday). 
I will be gone earlier that week and then I leave on 19th for Prague. 
Will we have anyone else around on March 17th or 18th to assist (manual 
tests or make last second fixes just in case)? We will be at our BIND 10 
face-to-face meetings beginning on March 21.
