[bind10-dev] Switching to GIT (and Trac integration)

I still need to turn on the git post-receive hook for email and for 
automated builds. And a pre-commit or pre-receive hook for checking for 
tabs in C++ source.

I also need to convert the autobuilder script to use git instead of 
subversion. This includes making sure git is installed/working on all 
the build systems.

These will be worked on today and completed tomorrow.
